CHALLENGE & ACHIEVE!!

With this word as my belief, I have challenged various things both officially and privately.

I went abroad at the age of 12, spent 12 years in France, UK and Australia, and started three companies in college. Student entrepreneurship abroad was the origin of my challenge and the starting point of my business management.

After returning to Japan in 1999, I took over the company as the third generation, and the first thing I worked on was a drastic reform of the personnel system.

In this reform, in order to establish a direct instruction system to each group company, all positions such as executives and managers of each company are omitted and I engage directly in the field as president and CEO.

In this way, as a result of shortening the distance from management and saving time and effort in communicating information among managers, our productivity has dramatically improved, and we have been able to respond quickly when entering business in new fields.

Although this personnel system is not yet common, I believe that more companies will work on it in the future. I believe that the success of these unprecedented new initiatives is the result of our conviction and continued challenge with full power.

Armed with these unique ideas and challenges, we will continue to build new markets.

In my private life, I challenged the Sahara marathon, which is said to be the toughest in the world. At the age of 44, in a difficult situation of marathon inexperience, I worked on training for half a year and completed 280km in 7 days.

So far, I have continued to take on the challenge under the belief of this challenge on both publicly and privately. And this belief does not fade with age. Rather, the experience has become more confident and the motivation for new challenges has only increased.

Based on the belief that we will continue to challenge from now on, we will do our best with full power.
